Having quality sex in the bedroom is perfect but sometimes you need to be adventurous and do it in crazy places. Any sex outside of the bedroom was, at one time, considered adventurous. However, with more of us getting kinky and venturing even further outside of our comfort zones; sex on a beach or in a hot tub doesn’t quite cut it anymore. We’ve compiled a list of steamy sports to help you spice up your sex life.
1) In Front of a Mirror
This is recommended for couples who are always juggling between work and parenting. Make every little moment spent together intimate and fun. You can try the doggy style in front of a mirror
2) In Your Childhood Bedroom While Your Parents Are Home
Okay, it’s a little disrespectful, but that’s part of the fun, right? Want more of a challenge than when your family are tucked up in bed? Try having an orgasm right before dinner — while everyone is still cooking downstairs.
3) In the Snow
Colder climates can often complicate the easiest of things. However, part of the fun is having to adapt and work together to create an exciting experience for you both. The trick to keeping it kinky and fun is to keep as many clothes on as possible. Clinical sexologist, Dr. Kat Van Kirk, suggests warming up with a shot of peppermint schnapps or whisky before the act (although too much drink will lower the core temperature of the body, so pace yourselves).
4) On a Boat
The ocean rocking you back and forth while you are either out on the deck or below, can always make sex on a boat a very fun time. The great thing about this is the privacy you have when you’re out at sea, so you’re set for good times no matter what!
5) On a Rooftop/Balcony
If you’re lucky enough to have access to a rooftop, why not make the most of it. Prepare dinner and serve it on the rooftop, with wine of course. As space is limited; make good use of tables and chairs and stick with easy manoeuvrable sex positions such as missionary, cowgirl and stand and deliver. Don’t have access to a rooftop? Get yourself invited to a rooftop party and find a corner to quickly do the dirty – it might not be as romantic, but it’ll be just as fun!
6) In a Dressing Room
If you haven’t tried this before, go for one in a large store (John Lewis, Debenhams etc.). There are less store workers around, and potentially more noise from customers to drown out your moans and groans!
7) In the Kitchen
Getting it on in the kitchen is super sexy but use your common sense. Accidents do happen; so, put away any knives, pots and pans that could fall off the top shelf, and spicy foods. What happens next is up to you! The kitchen is full of possible locations; on a sturdy counter or table, against the fridge, on the floor…. or if you’re feeling a little kinky, why not push her up against the sink and do it from behind?
